SCHOOL NOTICE

Please be informed that photos for ID cards will be taken from tomorrow 13.05.2026 onwards.

Please assure that your ward comes to school regularly in proper, neat and clean school uniform.

No one is to wear P.T. outfit even if that class has P. T / games class on any of these days untill summer vacation.

Special Summer Timings effective from tomorrow, 29.04.2026 as per the following schedule:

• Reporting time (Prep 1 to Class X): 6:50 am
• Dispersal time (Prep1 to Class II): 11:15 am
• Dispersal time (Class III to X): 11:30 am

You are requested to make necessary arrangements to take your ward home accordingly.

Please note that all classes will remain suspended tomorrow, 23rd April 2026 on account of the Assembly Elections in West Bengal (Asansol Constituency).

School office will also remain closed. Please do not send your ward to school tomorrow.

However, normal classes will take place the next day, 24th April 2026 (Friday) Day 2 Time table to be followed.

We are pleased to inform you that the Online Fee Portal is now fully operational. You can access the fee payment gateway directly through our official website.

Our smartphone app is also ready for use. You can log in using your existing ID and password—no new registration is required.

For new admissions, please register once through the app or portal. After registration, kindly contact the school office for account activation. You may then log in using the ID and password created during registration.

Please note that the school will remain closed on 14th and 15th April 2026 due to Ambedkar Jayanti and Bengali new year respectively.

Kindly note that tomorrow, 9th April 2026, school will be over at 12:00 NOON for all Classes.

Please note that the school will remain closed from 2nd April to 6th April 2026 on account of Easter holidays.

The school will resume on Tuesday, 7th April 2026. Day 2 timetable will be followed.

Day System Instructions: Our school follows a Day System instead of fixed weekdays. The schedule runs from Day 1 to Day 5 in sequence.

For example: If Monday is Day 3, then Tuesday will be Day 4. If Wednesday is a holiday, the next working day (Thursday) will continue as Day 5. After Day 5, the cycle restarts with Day 1 (Friday in this case).

Please note: Whenever a holiday notice is published, the next working day and its corresponding day number will be clearly mentioned in the notice. Parents are requested to follow this carefully.

Please note that tomorrow 25.03.2026, we will follow Day -1 timetable from prep - I to class X

This is to inform you that, as mentioned in our previous notice, the new academic session 2026–27 will commence from 24th March 2026.

In this regard, parents who intend to withdraw their ward from the school are requested to submit an application for a Transfer Certificate on or before 21st March 2026.

Please note that, by default, all students will be considered enrolled for the session 2026–27. Any request for a Transfer Certificate submitted after the above-mentioned date will be processed only after payment of the first quarter’s fees.

Kindly note the price list for Books & Stationery. You are requested to bring the exact amount as mentioned.

RATE LIST (BOOKS & STATIONERY) – 2026–27

Orientation for parents of new students will be held on 25th March,2026 (Wednesday), from 8 am.

You may collect your child (Play-Group to Class II) at 10 am on that day after the Orientation program.
