We are pleased to announce that our school's Online Payment Gateway is now operational for the convenience of paying school fees seamlessly.

Here are the simple steps to follow for making online payments:

1. Open Payment page:
   
   1. on website click on STUDENT_CORNER>ONLINE_PAY_FEES.
   2. on app click on PAY_FEES icon.

1. Enter the Student Code: This is a unique identifier for your child. You can find this code on their identity card or previous fee receipts.

2. Select Payment Quarter(s): Please tick the checkbox(es) next to the quarter(s) you wish to pay for at this time. It is possible to select multiple quarters if you wish to pay for more than one period in advance.

3. Confirm Payment Details: After selecting the quarters, click on "Confirm Pay" to proceed. This will display the total amount due for the selected period(s).

4. Verify Contact Information:

   1. Mobile Number: Ensure that the mobile number displayed is correct. If not, please update it.
   2. Email Address: Verify that the email address is accurate.

   Important: Incorrect phone numbers or email addresses can lead to payment declines. Please double-check these details for accuracy.

5. Initiate Payment: Click on "Make Pay" to proceed to the payment interface.

6. Complete the Payment: Follow the on-screen instructions from your bank to complete the payment. Please ensure to save or print the receipt for your records.

Dear Parents/Guardians we would like to bring to your attention some important information regarding the new academic session of 2024-25.

• PLAY-GROUP & PREP-I classes will commence from 4th April 2024 (Thurday)
• ORIENTATION: On the same day, we will host an Orientation Program for parents, starting at 10:00 am and expected to conclude by 11:00 am. We kindly request parents to accompany their children. Please ensure to bring along all necessary items such as books, notebooks, tiffin box, water bottle, handkerchief, and an extra set of clothes for their class.
• PlayGroup Details: 
  
  • REGULAR TIMING: from 5th April 2024, the school timing will be from 8:30am to 12 noon.
  • UNIFORM: Students are required to wear their school uniform. There is no separate P.T. uniform for Playgroup. However, students should wear white socks and keds on days designated for games.
• PREP-I
  • REGULAR TIMING: from 5th April 2024, the school timing will be from 7:15am to 12 noon.

• PREP-II to Class-X: Classes will commence from 3rd April 2023 (Wednesday):
  
  • SCHOOL TIMING on 3rd April: Prep-II to Class-X Arrival at 7:15am & dispersal for at 10:15am
  • SCHOOL TIMING on 4th April: Prep-II to Class-X Arrival at 7:15am & Dispersal at 11:15am.
  • REGULAR TIMING: from 5th April 2024, the school timing will be
    
    • For Prep-I to Class-II: Arrival at 7:15 am and dispersal at 11:55 pm.
    • For Classes III to X: Arrival at 7:15 am and dispersal at 1:35 pm.
  • Please ensure that on 3rd April, students bring all required items such as books, notebooks, tiffin box, and water bottle.
  • UNIFORM: All students are required to come dressed in their school uniform.

Report Card Collection: If you haven't collected your ward's report card yet, please note that the last date for collection is Thurseday, March 28, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Report cards will not be issued after this date.

Books & Stationery: Books and stationery will be available for purchase on Thurseday, March 28, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon.

School Office Closure: The school office will be closed from March 29, 2024, to April 1, 2024, in observance of Good Friday and Easter. The office will reopen on April 2, 2024, for internal purposes only. There will be no public interaction. Normal office operations will resume from April 3, 2024.

Failure to pay by the this deadline will result in the removal of your child's name. To readmit, a fee of Rs. 2000/- will be charged in addition to the pending fees and fines.
