Like every year, this year too we have arranged for Olympiad exams in various subjects conducted by Silver Zone Foundation. Willing students are requested to register their names through our Olympiad Coordinators:

• Mrs. Riya Ghosh Gorai – For students up to Class V
• Mrs. Sanchita Ganguly – For students of Classes VI to X

Each student may participate in a maximum of two subjects.

Subjects and Registration Fees:

Last Date of Registration: 11th August 2025

Please ensure that the exact amount is tendered at the time of registration for your ward.

Please note that Rabindrajayanti will be celebrated on 8th May 2025 in our school premises. No classes will be held on that day.

9th and 12th May 2025 will also be observed as holidays.

Day - 1 timetable will be followed on 13th May 2025.

On 08.05.2025, participants are to come in their costumes, while others must come in school uniform.

This is a follow-up to our earlier notice regarding the Transfer Certificate. We would like to inform you that today, 10.04.2025, is the last day to apply for a Transfer Certificate.

After today, all students will be considered enrolled for the Session 2025–26. Any Transfer Certificate requested after this date will require payment of the current quarter's fees before it is processed.

We would like to bring to your attention some important information regarding the New Academic Session (2025-2026).

Commencement of Classes

For Playgroup to Class II:

• Classes will begin on Monday, 7th April 2025.
• Timings:
  • Arrival
    • Playgroup: 8:00 AM
    • Prep-I to Class II: 7:00 AM
  • Dispersal
    • 1st Day (7th April 2025) : 10:30 AM
    • Regular Schedule: 11:40 AM

For Class III to Class X:

• Classes will begin on Wednesday, 2nd April 2025.
• Timings:
• 1st Day (2nd April 2025): 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM (Half-day)
• Regular Schedule: 7:00 AM – 01:00 PM

Orientation Program for Newly Admitted Students

We will be hosting an Orientation Program for parents of newly admitted students on Monday, 7th April 2025, from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM. We request the parents to kindly accompany their wards.
