This is to inform you that , Calcutta Girls High School will be celebrating 80th independence Day on 15 August 2026, Saturday. Students are to come in school uniform only excepting those taking part in various activities. The participating students are to come in their prescribed costumes .

• Arrival: 7:00 am. (for all classes)
• Dispersal: 8:30 am. (for all classes)

A gentle reminder regarding PTM of class III to X that is to be held on 7th August (Friday) 2026.

Classes for III to X will not be held on 7th August, Students to come and go with their parents in school uniform only. Normal classes for prep I to class II. Dispersal at 11:40 P.M.

For PTM please adhere to the time slot given below for smooth running of the school and PTM.

• 1 to 5 — 8:00-8:30am.
• 6 to 10 — 8:30 - 9:00 am.
• 11 to 15 — 9:00 - 9:30 am.
• 16 to 20 — 9:30 -10:00am.
• Break — 10:00 to 10:30am.
• 21 to 25 — 10:30 - 11:00am.
• 26 to 31 — 11:00 - 11:30 am.

This is to inform you that the school will be registering all students of Classes I to X for the Active CISCE Physical Health & Fitness Assessment Programme conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE).

A registration fee of ?100/- (Rupees One Hundred only), as prescribed by the Council, is to be paid in cash at the School Office for the Council registration.

Please note that registration is mandatory for all students of Classes I to X.

Kindly submit the registration fee on or before 24th July 2026.

There is NO extra registration fee this year for the school level.

This is a gentle reminder that 30.06.2026 is the last date for payment of the First Quarter School Fees (April–June) along with the applicable late fine.

As this marks three months from the original due date (20.04.2026), failure to clear the outstanding fees by today will attract Readmission Charges of ?2,000/- as per the school rules.

Kindly ensure that the payment is made within the stipulated time to avoid additional charges.

This is to inform all students who appeared for the ICSE (Class X) Examination 2026 and had applied/opted for a Migration Certificate that their certificates are now available for collection.

Eligible students can collect their documents from the school office as per the schedule below:
