SCHOOL NOTICE

Please note the following for 28.01.2026 Wednesday, Annual Sports Day.

• Send the students in PT uniform with neat and clean dress, socks and keds (white)
• Students taking part in the drills and other activities are to bring accessories and acoustics for their respective events.
• Arrival : 8:00 am. To come and go with parents.
• Expected time of dispersal: 2:00 pm (students)
• Send the students with tiffin boxes and water bottles.

Please note that on 27.01.2026, Tuesday students are to bring books and exercise books (copies) for the last three periods ie. 6th, 7th and 8th.

Day- 4 time table to be followed on 27.01.2026.

Students are to come in school uniform only as it is a day for final practice even if they have PT or games classes.

Parents/Guardians are informed that while school fees are being deposited through the fees book or by cash at the bank, the school counterfoil is often not being submitted to the school office.

Since the counterfoil contains essential details such as the student’s name, class/section, fee period, and amount paid, non-submission creates difficulty in identifying the concerned student.

This leads to problems in fee reconciliation and delays in updating the school fees portal.

Parents/Guardians are therefore requested to submit the school counterfoil immediately after fee deposit to ensure smooth and timely updating of fee records.

Please note that PTM for classes I to IX will be held on 30th January, Friday 2026. Please adhere to the time given below according to the roll no. Please note that the classes I to IX will remain suspended. Students are to accompany their parents in school uniform and to go back with them. Classes from Play Group to Prep II will be held as usual.

Classes I to V will have their meeting from 8:30 am to 11 : 00 am.

For Parents/Guardians of Class X (ICSE 2026 Batch).

This is to inform the Parents/Guardians of students of Class X appearing for the ICSE Examination 2026 that the school fees for the last quarter are still pending in some cases.

As the final process for issuance of ICSE Examination Admit Cards will begin shortly, all outstanding dues must be cleared on or before 20 January 2026 to ensure that examination-related formalities are completed smoothly and without delay.

Parents/Guardians are requested to treat this matter as urgent and extend their cooperation to avoid any administrative inconvenience at the final stage.

Please be informed that our school Annual Sports Meet 2025-26 will be held on 28.01.2026 instead of 21.01.2026 from 10 am in our school premises.

Please send your wards to school daily for practice.

Please note that Open House for class X students will be held on 09.01.2026 from 8: 30 am to 10 am . Please adhere strictly to the timing . Students must accompany parents in school uniform ( if they come )

• 8 : 30 am — 9 : 10 am : Roll no 1 - 5
• 9 : 10 am — 9 : 50 am : Roll no - 6 -10

Farewell party will start from 11 am to 12 noon . All students must come in sarees . No class for class IX students . They too must come in sarees.

Please note that you are to send your ward to school on the 5th of January 2026 at 7:40 am till 1:40 pm to go through their mistakes in the papers.

Please note that normal classes will be held from 10.12.25 (Wednesday). The Day - 2 time table will be followed. Orientation Examination will be conducted as usual.

• Dispersal: 1:40 pm (Classes III to X)
• Arrival: 8:30 am (PG only)
• Dispersal: 12:10 pm (PG to class II)

Please note that all classes will remain suspended tomorrow, 9th December, 2025, on account of Thanks Giving and Christmas program held today, 8th December 2025.

Please note that timing for 08.12.2025 (Christmas Programme) is as follows:

• Arrival: 9:00 am sharp
• Dispersal: After the programme is over

All students to come and go with their parents. Participants should come to school fully dressed up with tiffin boxes and water bottles.

Non participants to come in school uniform and id-cards with parents.

Please note that all dues regarding fees and submission of library books and other official formalities must be cleared by the 5th of December 2025 as the Orientation Exam is scheduled on the 6th of December 2025, failing which no admit card will be issued and the student will not be allowed to sit for the examination.

• Students are to bring only stationary items with them for their Examination.

Arrival: 7:45 AM

Dispersal: According to the exams as given in the schedule.

The days when there are 2 exam (Saturday and Monday) second shift will begin at 11:15 AM and it will give over at 1:40 PM. So, Class X will be dispersed with the rest of the students.

Parents are requested to arrange for the vehicles accordingly.

• 12:10 PM – PG to Class II

To avoid payment of Rs. 2000 as re-admission charges, please pay 2nd quarter fees within 26/09/2025. After that office will not be able to help you in online payment.
